The Grillo FM 2200 is equipped as standard, at the front, with a hydraulic PTO that can be operated by means of an electric button.
It allows commercial attachments such as salt spreaders, hedge trimmers, brushes, etc.
It delivers up to 34 l/1' at 230 bar.
The oil used by the hydraulic PTO is cooled by a radiator.
Uses 3/8" front-mounted quick couplings.
FM 2200 has the LMP 160 3-blade deck with side/mulching/rear discharge, 160 cm mulcher, and 175 cm snow blade.
It is also equipped with 2 hydraulic services for handling accessories, with a capacity of up to 34 l/1' at 230 bar.
The cab with optional heating allows you to continue working in comfort even during the coldest periods.
FM 2200 has a steel caisson with aluminum sides, size 105×105 cm, which once raised by means of a gas spring, allows easy access to the engine compartment cover.
It is also equipped with a self-cleaning radiator, with an electric fan that reverses the direction of rotation to eliminate any grass clippings on the radiator: this system is automatic and regulated by a sensor, but can also be activated manually.
The PTO clutch is hydraulic multi-plate with built-in blade brake and electrically actuated via a push button.
It guarantees high torque transmission with low wear and consequently long service life.
The friction-type blade brake is adjustable so that its efficiency can be maintained over time, recovering the usage of the friction material. In addition, because of the arms used by Grillo, tipping and maintenance of the plates and replacement of accessories are easy.
The painting of Grillo machines is double-layer electrostatic powder. First there are the washing and preparation baths, then a first protective layer is applied which, with baking in the oven, is the best base for the finishing application. The second layer of paint and a further baking at 190°C give the characteristic hardness and gloss.
The Grillo FM 2200 4WD is meticulously assembled and thoroughly tested by specialized personnel. The final testing of the FM 2200 4WD includes a test with the engine running to check all functionality. A further and final guarantee for a high quality product.
